Email support@pillarapps.com with what happened and the email address on your account. Replies usually come within two business days.
Delete your account
- Sign in and open Settings (the gear at the top).
- Scroll to "Delete account".
- Type DELETE and tap "Delete my account".
Your friends, hangouts and history leave Hang at once and you are signed out. Can't sign in? Email support@pillarapps.com from the account's address and the account will be deleted for you.
Common questions
- Stop the reminder email: Settings, "Reminder email", Off. Or use the link at the bottom of any reminder.
- If you connected Google Calendar: Settings, "Google Calendar", Disconnect.
- Forgot your password: use "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in page.
