Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of Hang, run by Pillar Apps. By creating an account or using Hang you agree to them. Questions go to support@pillarapps.com.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• Give a real email address and keep your password to yourself.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.

What you put in Hang

You own what you enter, including what you write about your friends. Only enter information you have the right to use, and use it only to keep in touch with those people. Hang uses it to run the service, as the Privacy Policy describes.

Fair use

Do not use Hang to:

• send spam, or invites to people who did not ask for them;
• harass, threaten or impersonate anyone;
• break the law, or anyone's rights;
• break into, overload or copy the service.

Hang can limit or close an account that does.

The service

Hang is free and provided as it is. It may change, pause or stop, and suggestions and reminders may be wrong or late. To the extent the law allows, Pillar Apps is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using Hang.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. These terms then end, except the parts that by their nature continue.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes, and a significant change is announced in Hang.
